Introduction : Saki Kurosawa
Saki Kurosawa (born 6 October) is a famous Japanese professional mahjong player, writer, and youtuber. She belong to the Japan Professional Mahjong League (JPML), and the TEAM RAIDEN (TEAM雷電) in M. League, national professional league in Japan. She also won many titles in Japanese professional mahjong tournament. She graduated from the Chemistry Department of the School of Science and Technology at Sophia University in Japan.
Her nickname is the “Aggressive Venus（強気のヴィーナス）”. She prefers to use a strategy called “Celeb-style strategy（セレブ打法）” where she aims for high-scoring hands without declaring pong or chow. She aims for high contact points without paying attention to low contact points.
She has many wonderful qualities, including (1) her sincere attitude towards playing mahjong, (2) her dignified and elegant personality, and (3) her warm and kind demeanor towards her fans.

She has already written two books (in Japanese).
On June 6, 2020, she started a youtube channel, called “Kurosawa Channel (in Japanese)”.
Not only is she skilled in playing mahjong, but she is also very good at cooking. Her favorite champagne is Veuve Clicquot.
