かいだん　を　のぼったら
When you are climbing up stairs

キュウだけど　すぐに
のぼれる　かいだん
Some are steep but it's a quick climb

ナダラカだけど　じかんが　
かかる　かいだん
Some are gentle but take long to climb

どちらでも　すきなほうを
えらんで　ください
You can choose whichever one you like

キュウな　かいだん　は
あぶない　から　キをつけて
Be careful on the steep stairs because it's dangerous

ナダラカな　かいだん　は
カクジツにつける　けど　ジカンが　かかるよ
You will reach the top of the gentle stairs for sure but it will take time
