マーベラス･メルボルン「888運動とレイバー･デー」

メルボルンで印象的だったのは、「888」ということ。つまり、8時間労働し、8時間余暇に費やし、8時間は睡眠、ということが当たり前のように市民感覚としてあった。比べるのもどうかと思うが、日本ではとてもそうはいかない。生活にゆとりを持てない環境しんどいわーになっているような気がしてしまう。
ちなみにメルボルンの物価は " too expensive " だが、ゆとりを感じる。
さすがに世界一住みやすい都市に選ばれただけある。
What impressed me in Melbourne was "888". In other words, it was a natural sense of citizenship to work 8 hours, spend 8 hours leisure time, and sleep 8 hours. I think it's a good idea to compare them, but that's not the case in Japan. I feel like I'm in an environment where I can't afford to live. By the way, the prices in Melbourne are "too expensive", but I feel comfortable. As expected, it was selected as the most livable city in the world.
