I wonder if I want to be a translator.
One cannot be anything, I think.
I would like to be a translation scholar, but I'm not sure what it is.

I would like to be familiar with rules.
Grammar, customs, laws, constitutions, manners.
I want to deepen my understanding of what compels us to follow the rules.
