　甲賀出身。表情に気怠さを漂わせている、月望の若手忍。 紫香高校二年生。月望上忍の祖父、武黒勘兵衛たけぐろかんべえに懇願されて月望に所属することとなった。 一応、紫香高校の隠密部にも所属しているが、出席率は低く、希をもやもやとさせている。 伝統やしきたりといったものは本来苦手であるが、周囲が変人ばかりなので、思いの外楽しんでいる。

She is from Kouga. She is a young shinobi of the Tsukinozomi clan, with a look of laziness on his face. She is a second-year student at Shika High School. She joined Tsukinozomi after being begged by Takeguro Kanbei, the grandfather of Tsunozomi's Jo-nin, to join the Tsukinozomi. She is also a member of the Shiko High School Covert Club, but his attendance rate is low, which makes Nozomi uneasy. Although he is not good at traditions and formalities, he enjoys them more than he expected, since he is surrounded by a bunch of weirdos.

　忍としては趣味が現代的。元々明るかった髪を更に染めて、薄い金色にしている。服装も部屋もキレイかつさっぱりが好みで、ぼーっとしている割には部屋も片付いている。

She has modern taste for a shinobi. Her hair, which was originally light, has been further dyed to a light golden color. She likes her clothes and room to be clean and neat, and her room is tidy even though she is in a daze.

　性格はマイペースで楽天的で自然体。興味のないことにはとことん関心を示さない。高校でも同じ系統の友人とは好きに話すものの、接点のない者には無関心を貫いている。

Her personality is fast-paced, optimistic and natural. She is not interested in anything that does not interest her. Even in high school, she talks freely with her friends who are in the same line of work, but she is indifferent to those with whom she has no contact.

　冷めきった性格という訳ではなく、奥底に熱いものは持っている。ひどく曲がったことや、仲間や友人を傷付ける者に対しては真正面から向かい合う。
　忍術や武器の扱いは苦手だが、身体能力や体術は天性の才能があり、体術だけなら同じ年齢の戸隠月穂とがくしつきほと並ぶ実力者。

She is not a cold-hearted person, but she does have a hot streak deep down. She will face head-on those who are terribly crooked or who would hurt her friends and colleagues. She is not good with ninjutsu or weapons, but she has a natural talent for physical ability and body techniques, and is as good as Togakushi Tsukiho, who is the same age as her.

マンション住まいで、両親と弟と四人暮らし。祖父母は市内の古い屋敷で暮らしている。
