Could be the best supplement for fat burning combination of Caffeine and EGCG
Well, first of all I understand what does “EGCG” stand for?
This is one kind of catechin extracted from green tea. I believe most of you already know that the catechin has its effect to help burning fat. So a question is like EGCG could help fat burning more and more of taking it with caffeine because it helps increasing metabolism more.

As I can hear you that “it is not changed much!” Well, understood. However, compared to placebo group, even only taking 90mg group expended 160kcal for a energy. More easier to say about it, you just sit down with calm and expend one rice ball.
