There is interesting short movie came up in YouTube you want to watch it on your own! It comes from the American Chemical Society.

Watch cute cat videos(or it’s also fine with puppies)
* When you want to stay awake, you need increasing oxytocin and decreasing cortisol to be boosted you up whilst that moment of sleepiness coming to you, cute cat video stimulates that substance to keep you awake.

Drink the water
* Because if your body loses hydration, it makes you more fatigue, confusion, heart palpitation, and fainting.
* Your body, at least, needs 50 to 65% of water to be boosted.
* Even you lose 1% water in your body, it affects your mental or movement.

Do any exercises
* Since we got office work, we have started to sit down to do paper work, and face and type anything in computer for long time. But you know, our ancestors didn’t sit such long time they were hunting or even sitting like Asian squat style like this↓

So that they grew their muscles and blood circulation consistently. I know you don’t have such space or feel shame because of others eyes on you if you dance in the office all of the sudden but here is the thing that you only need to do is walking in the office, or stepping up and down stairs, or just pretending to go to bathroom.
* It makes you more happier and energized.
