The topic of generative AI has sparked controversy across various platforms, both online and offline. This document aims to articulate my personal stance on this issue.
About Hideki Saito's View and Position on Generative AI
As Hideki Saito, I am adopting a policy of embracing and promoting generative AI. Therefore, in content and workflows using generative AI, there may be participation from AI. When this happens, whether AI was involved or not, and if so, how and to what extent it was involved, will not be disclosed or answered publicly.
However, in cases where the project in question involves a specific agreement with another party that necessitates disclosure, each situation will be addressed on a case-by-case basis as required.
Regarding Coexisting with Different Positions
Hideki Saito understands and respects that there are people with different opinions on generative AI. However, I also recognize that reaching an agreement on the appropriateness of generative AI is very difficult. Therefore, I will limit my engagement in responding to individual opinions on generative AI, especially those that are opposing. However, I may share my thoughts on the broader context. Please understand that these remarks, unless explicitly stated, are not targeted at any specific individual opinion.
Objections Response Policy
Any claims of infringement for works created by Hideki Saito will be handled only if they come from the rights holder themselves or their official representative, regardless of whether AI was involved in the creation of the work. Claims, objections, or criticisms from third parties will not be accepted. If a rights holder believes that their rights have been infringed upon, they are asked to contact with specific details of the infringement.
