問題提起「ヒラメ上司をぶっ飛ばせ！」

Situation where Boss asked for your expressed respect:

According to my friend, 3 options for instant response came to his mind.
彼によると、一瞬の間に次の３つの選択肢が脳裏を横切ったという。

1) 本音を悟られたくないが、今以上の険悪な関係になりたくない。従って、一次回答は、「〇〇さん、何を仰いますか。尊敬してますよ。分かりませんか？」

2）部下の方も酔っぱらった勢いで本音を漏らす。しかし、これは非常に勇気がいる事。
「すみません。分かりましたか。そうです、その通りです。尊敬できるわけないでしょう。なぜなら、、、。」これは致命的な回答で、恐らくいずれどこかに飛ばされるリスクを生じる。

3）これは一番日本ではありえそうで、しかし部下にとって長くマイナスの尾を引く判断。
「｛無言｝でうつむく。、、、、、、、。」　表情が本音を表し、何を言う必要もない！

さて、この部下は、上記の３つのオプションのどれを選択したでしょうか？

1) I don't want Boss to understand my true feelings, but I don't want the relationship to be even worse than it is now. Therefore, the primary answer is,

2) Subordinates also leak their true feelings with a drunken vigor. However, this requires a lot of courage.

"Excuse me, your understanding is right, exactly. I can't respect you.

This is a fatal answer, and it may risk his position in the Team sooner or later. He might be transferred to some remote office, etc.

3) This seems to be "the most likely" in Japan, but a decision that will have a long negative impact for the subordinate.

The facial expressions show his true feelings, and there is no need to say anything! No eye-to-eye contact until saying good-bye.
