大相撲 March in Kyoto: Live Sumo tournament

三月の京都
生まれて初めて大相撲を観に行きました。三月場所の千秋楽。
現役のおすもうさんには近寄れませんでしたが、元横綱の鶴竜さんがエレベータに乗り込んだ場面に出くわし、写真とサインをお願いしたら、わざわざ降りてきてくれ、その優しさにうっとり。応援していた霧馬山は逆転優勝！バンザイ！
March in Kyoto 2023
I always watch Grand Sumo on TV, and I had the chance to see it live for the first time at the Osaka tournament's closing day. Although I wasn't able to get close the wrestlers during the matches, I was so lucky to run into Kakuryu, a former Yokozuna, as he was about to take the elevator. I excitedly asked him if I could take photos and get his autograph. So kind! He stepped out of the elevator to take time for me. Knowing his personality, I became a even bigger fan of his. To top it off, Kiribayama, the wrestler I was rooting for, won the tournament! Hooray!
