AI技術の発展について特集していた番組を見て
英検１級対策になりそうだったのでシェアします。
アメリカ OpenAI社開発の動画生成AI SORAは話題になっていますよね。

一方で中国も負けてはいません。
また、日本では人口減少と高齢化社会による労働力不足が深刻で
様々な分野でAIの活用が検討されています。
これらの情報をもとに簡単な英文を作りましたので
英作文や二次試験でのスピーチ、Q＆Aの参考になるとうれしいです。
In the past, the former Soviet Union and the U.S. competed over space exploration. However, now the U.S. is contending with China to be the first in the development of AI technologies, such as “Video Generation AI.” Elon Musk, a prominent businessman and inventor, has stated that AI will surpass human intelligence by the end of 2025. Meanwhile, Japan is addressing labor shortages caused by a lack of successors, particularly in primary industries, by striving for the effective use of AI. For example, due to the harsh summer heat, farmers are unable to work during the daytime. Nonetheless, AI enables the cultivation of crops even in vinyl greenhouses, leading to improvements in productivity and efficiency, which could be a game-changer around the world.

のようにすると よりフォーマルでスムーズ、
インパクトのある文章になるかもしれません。
ただし、前述の文章レベルで私は英検１級に合格しました。
自分にとって難しすぎる文章を暗記しようとして
試験会場で頭が真っ白になるよりは
より覚えやすい、なじみのある単語を多く使うことも
戦略の一つだと思います。
また、後述の文章の中から気に入った一文、
一つの熟語や言い回しだけ覚えておくなどしても
咄嗟の時に口を衝いて出ることがあるものです。
