約300円でみっちり詰まった美味しい炒飯が食べれるの嬉しい。It's nice to be able to eat a box full of delicious fried rice for about 300 yen.

入れ違いで留学してた先輩から譲ってもらった教科書にはメモが残してあった。大切に使わせてもらいます！There was a note left in the textbook that was given to me by a senior who had studied abroad earlier. I will put it to good use!

明日は台風が来る予報なので、市政府から休校の連絡が来た。日本もこういう風に行政が決めてくれるといいのにな。The forecast said that a typhoon would arrive tomorrow, so the city government notified us that the school would be closed. I wish Japan's government would make decisions like this.

台風に備えて買いだめに来た。We came here to stock up in preparation for the typhoon.

特にカップラーメンは人気で、店員さんが慌てて補充していた。The cup ramen was especially popular, and the staff was busy restocking it.

その後鴨飯を食べに来た。鴨肉とご飯をタレと一緒に食べて、その後たくあんでさっぱりさせるのが最高なんだなこれが。After that, I came to eat duck rice. This is the best way to eat duck meat and rice with the sauce and then refreshing it with pickled radish.

次の日、風は強かったけど雨は全然降らず。とりあえず昨日買ったカップラーメンを食べたけど、何か具材を追加したいね。The next day, the wind was strong but it didn't rain at all. Anyway, I ate the cup ramen,but I wanted to add some toppings.

ずっと家にいたから学校の運動場に来たら、他にも何人か走ってる人がいた。なんならナイターも点いてた。I had been at home allday, so I came to the school playground, and there were several other people running. The lights were on too.

ねこさん、人慣れしてるのか全然逃げる素振りを見せない。でも無理やり触らない。適切な距離感を保つのだ。The cat doesn't show any signs of running away, probably because it's used to people. But don't touch by force. Maintain an appropriate distance.
