台湾留学24日目🇹🇼

今日は中秋節当日で、Googleのアイコンも可愛い月餅のイラストに変わってた。The day was the Mid-Autumn Festival, and Google's icon had been changed to a cute mooncake illustration.

バスで台中市内へ。We went to the Taichong city by bus.

バスの中は静かで、ルールもきっちり定められている。There are so quiet in the bus, and rules are clearly defined.

念願だった、新光三越へ買い物へ。It was my long awaited desire to go shopping at ShinKong Mitsukoshi department store!

高級感あふれる日本式のデパートにワクワクが止まらない。I couldn't stop being excited about this luxurious Japanese-style department store.

まずは腹ごしらえから。金爸爸というマレーシア料理店。ハーブが香る鶏肉をお好みのソースに付けていただく。炊き込みご飯とスープも美味しかった。注文はQRコードで行えて便利だった。We needed to fill our stomach first, so came to a Malaysian restaurant. I ordered the herb-scented chicken with three types of sauce.

The cooked rice and soup were also good. It was convenient to order using a QR code. 店内を散策していたら、源吉兆庵が！！When we were walking around, I found Japanese sweets shop, Minamoto Kitchoan.

大好きな福渡せんべいが、単価80元…(約400円)日本だと160円くらいだった気がするから、帰ってから食べよう…My favorite Fukuwatari rice cracker costs 80 yuan...(about 400 yen) I think it's about 160 yen in Japan, so I'll eat it when I get home...

その後に、ずっと来たかったGUとUNIQLOで、何着か服を新調した。日本より若干高かったけど全然よし！After that, I bought some new clothes at GU and UNIQLO, which I had always wanted to visit. It was a little more expensive than buying it in Japan, but it's totally worth it!

エレベーターの電光掲示板に『君たちはどう生きるか』の案内があった。これは見なければ(使命感) There was an advertisement on the electronic bulletin board in the elevator that read, "How do you live?'' I felt a sense of mission that I had to see this.

デパートを出て少し歩いていたら、台中市庁舎が。国旗が掲げられていて、普段からの愛国心が伝わってきた。After leaving the department store and walking for a while, I saw Taichung City Hall. The national flag that was flying showed a sense of patriotism.

お次はSOGOへハシゴしに来た。Next, We came to SOGO department store.

紀伊國屋には日本の書籍がたくさんで、日本語原文のままのも多かった。There were so many kinds of Japanese books, and some of that were still in the original Japanese text.

台湾には言論の自由が確かに存在している。I confirmed that the freedom of expression is certainly existed in Taiwan.

英語の参考書を持ってきてなかったから買ってみた。ちょっと割高だったから、その分使い込んでやろう！I had not brought an English textbook, so I bought one. It was a little expensive, so I'll take advantage of it!

喉が渇いたのでお茶屋さんへ。烏龍茶を頼んだけど、やはり無糖が落ち着く。I was thirsty and went to a tea shop. This non-sugar oolong tea made me more satisfying than other general sweet one.

お店は英国式で、内装もお洒落だった。パッケージも可愛いね。That tea stand is British style, and interior was also stylish. The packaging is cute too!!

またまた来ました逢甲夜市。ネオンライトと人々の活気がザ・台湾って感じ。I'm back at Fengchia Night Market. The neon lights and lively people give it a Taiwanese feel.

2人は胡椒餅とチーズ豚カツを買ってた。手が塞がってこれ以上買えなくなってしまった笑 The two of them bought pepper mochi and cheese pork cutlet. Their hands are full, and they can't buy any more lol

夜市の屋内エリアには、昭和の日本をイメージした飲食街があった。In the indoor area of night market, there was a dining arcade inspired by Japan in Showa era.

鳥居まで設置されていて、テーマパークのような雰囲気。どことなく懐かしさを感じる。There was even a torii; guard frame set up, giving it a theme park-like atmosphere. It felt nostalgic somehow.

トイレに来たら一転して、ポップというかユーモアがあるというか…用を足すところを見られるのは、さすがにちょっと気まずい笑 When I came to the bathroom, the whole room has a pop or humorous feel to it... It's a little awkward to be seen relieving myself.

帰り際にお寺(廟)があった。ど真ん中に虹色の電光掲示板があるのが意外。日本人的な趣のような概念はないのかな… There was a mausoleum on the way back. Surprisingly, there is a rainbow-colored electric bulletin board right in the middle. I wonder if there is a concept like Japanese taste...?

柱に彫ってある漢字のフォントが結構好き。石のツルツル、すべすべした質感に合っていると思う。I really like the Chinese character font carved into the pillars. It matches the smooth texture of the stone.

中秋の名月を狛犬(?)と一緒に見た。物理的に遠い場所に居たとしても、同じ月を見れていると思うと感慨深い。実際には時差の分古い月を見ているけどね。I saw a harvest moon with a guardian dog. Even though we are physically far away, we can still watch the same moon. Actually, there is a time difference, so you look at an older moon.
