原理：分割(Segmentation)
概要：
原理分割の目的はシステムを分割して、より小さなシステムとすることです。これによりシステムは小さなユニットのあつまりとなります。分割により、管理性、可搬性、コントロール性等が向上します。この原理は最も有名な原理の一つです。ここで大切な事は分割は場所の分割だけでは無く、時間の分割や、役割の分割など広い範囲の分割が含まれる点です。
効果：
１．分解組み立てを容易にする。
２．異なる形式や順番で、再構成、再アレンジ、リミックスが容易になる。
３．大きくて複雑なシステムの作成が楽になる。
４．梱包、輸送、転送が楽になる
５．スキルやリソースの活用が最適化できる。
６．追加の機能が容易に付加できる。
７．システムの複雑さを減らせる
８．システム構成の理解が楽になる。
９．コントロール性が向上する。

Principles: Segmentation
Brief summary:
The purpose of principle segmentation is to divide a system to smaller parts. As a result a large systems become combination of smaller units. By this manageability, portability, controllability and so on will be increased. This is a most famous principle in TRIZ. Note this segmentation means not only division by place but also time, responsibility etc, which means vast range of division.
Benefits:
1. Ease of assembling and disassembling.
2. Ease of reorganizing or rearranging or remixing in different form or order.
3. Ease of building large and complex systems.
4. Ease of packaging, transporting and delivering.
5. Optimizes skills and resources.
6. Ease of adding new functionality.
7. Reduces system complexity.
8. Increases understandings of system structure.
9. Increases controllability.
10. Increases contact points(and thereby scope)of user interaction.
TRIZ第１回目です。
和英で、A4一枚にまとまりました。今回説明するのは、最も有名な原理「分割」です。これは非常に有効な原理です。プロジェクト管理等で良く行われるフェーズの分割も、この原理で説明できそうです。また、WEBサーバー、アプリケーションサーバー、データベースサーバーのようなサーバー別の機能の分割の説明にも使えそうです。さらに、こうしてイノベーションの原理を分割して説明しているのもこの原理の適用と思われます。
まあ分割にも色々ありますが、良い事ばかりでは無いですね。私は単身赴任による家族との分割は拒絶しました。おあとがよろしいようで。
This is the first chapter of TRIZ principles.
Written in Japanese and English it is up to one page of A4 paper. In here I will let you explain about most famous principle “segmentation”. This is the most effective principle. The project division by phase will be explained by this principle. Further, functionally division like web server, application server and database server is applying this principle. More over explain principles of TRIZ divided by principles are also example of this Principle.
There is many segmentation but that is not always good thing, I refused transfer as single life separated by my family. Oh its time to lunch.
