ヨハン　セルファティは2008年にヨハン・セルファティが自身の名を冠してスタートしたフランスのファッションブランド。2010年にはブランド名をY/PROJECTに変更している。

In this part, introducing two designers of Y/PROJECT. First one is Yohan Serfaty, he is the founder of brand, the collections he made feature neutral color, fine quality clothing, and using leather for materials. In addition, his cutting style expresses avant-garde.Second one is Glenn Martens, he is the successor of Yohan Serfaty, he majored architecture, so his designs are constructive, and three-dimentional, and he established an emphasis on individuality and independence. Fusing the energy of the street with thought-provoking silhouettes.Finally the brand concept is eclecticism.

Features 特徴

Cuurently designer, Glenn Martens’s works are based on inspiration from street, producing collections by observing prople in trains, and strangers’ outfit. Collections tend to be mysterious mood, genderless style, and creative original design. Producing avant-garde item, which are clothing, but also art.

現デザイナーを務めるグレン・マルタンさんの作品は街から得たインスピレーションを元にしており、電車に乗っている人や街の人々の服装を観察することで製作を進めている。そのため、彼のコレクションはミステリアスなムード、ジェンダーレスなスタイル、そして創作的で独創的なデザインが多い。またアバンギャルドなアイテムが多いので衣服でありながらアートにも近い。

ワイプロジェクトかっこいいですよねー！デザインがザ・モードって感じで独創的でありながら、高級感もある感じが好きなんですよね〜笑笑
