再エネ産業に参入する異業種の資本：2023年5月18日（木）

ここ数年，異業種の資本が国内の大手再エネ企業に出資もしくは買収する動きが加速している。ENEOSホールディングスによるエネコ買収，豊田通商によるSBエナジー買収，JERAによるパークウィンド買収，そして本日発表のNTTとJERAによるグリーンパワーインベストメント（GPI）の共同買収である。投資額は3,000億円規模で国内最大のM&Aということである。

Cross-industry capital entering the renewable energy industry：May 18th(Thursday)

In recent years, there has been an acceleration in the movement of cross-industry capital investing in or acquiring major domestic renewable energy companies. This includes ENEOS Holdings' acquisition of Eneco, Toyota Tsusho's acquisition of SB Energy, JERA's acquisition of Parkwind, and today's announcement of a joint acquisition of Green Power Investment (GPI) by NTT and JERA. The investment amount is around 300 billion yen, making it the largest domestic M&A in scale.
