E-mail about looking for new apartments

Dear, Emma

How are you things with you?

Now my most concern is where I move before my girl enter an elementary school. My apartment doesn't have enough bedrooms for us. But it's bright and modern, and very convenient! Actually, the nearest station is in 5 minuets walking and we can use 5 lines! So it's very difficult to find a better apartment.

Moreover, the real estate market is similar in Hong Kong and Tokyo. There are so many people in small areas that the rise of the prices cannot be stopped.

Therefore apartments tend to be small and cramped. If someone tries to sell nice spacious apartments, most of families could not buy those.

So now a days, the number of renovated apartments and houses are increasing. Because of this more options are available  for viewings, I inspect the houses, but most of these are dark, shabby, dingy... (especially these outsides and entrances are out of fashion) It's unwilling, isn't it?

What should I do??

sincerely yours, kO

⬛︎ 最後のWhat should I do?

What do I do? < What should I do? <  What would you recommend me to do? <  What would you have me do?(even----super formal)

⬛︎The rise of the prices (be stoped)

⬛︎someone, everyone, somebody, everybody...は、IS!  is っていうのは頭で理解しているつもりでも、一般動詞になるとSをつけ忘れていたので、注意しなくては。だってoneもbodyも単数形でしょう?って、確かに^^;

⬛︎5 minutes walking 。
