Fujitsu General Exhibition Report - AHR EXPO 2024

>日本語で読む

FUJITSU GENERAL AMERICA, INC. exhibited at AHR EXPO 2024 (January 22-24, local time), one of the world's leading refrigeration and air conditioning exhibitions.
The company is a group subsidiary of Fujitsu General, which operates air conditioning businesses worldwide. As you read through this exhibition report, we hope you will gain an appreciation for our overseas business activities.

AHR EXPO 2024🚩

The AHR EXPO, an annual air conditioning trade show, takes place in the United States and was hosted in Chicago, Illinois in 2024.
The temperature at that time was - 20°C or lower⛄, as reported by a business traveler, who also noted that his hair nearly froze while outside.🥶

Despite the sub-zero temperatures, the AHR venue was bustling with people.

Amid frigid temperatures, Fujitsu General America Inc. introduced AIRSTAGE products, a brand of air conditioners for the overseas market, at their own booth. Below, we will introduce a few of them, slightly different from the air conditioners commonly used in Japan.

Capable of operating at –26°C outside temperature! Heat pump air conditioner "XLTH series" 🔥

As in this venue, winters in the U.S. continue to be below freezing in some areas. The reassuring XLTH Series heat pump air conditioners were on display, capable of operating even in such severe weather.

This series is named after Extra Low-Temperature Heating, which is designed for ultra-low outdoor temperatures. This feature makes it an optimal choice for heating environments with temperatures as low as -15°F (equivalent to      - 26°C). 💪

Fujitsu General's air conditioners are renowned for their durability, even in international markets. And customers in the U.S., in particular, have shown a strong preference for our products, especially during harsh winters. 👏

Stylishly designed remote control "KAGAMI"✨

Following this, we will present a remote control series that has gained popularity for its refined and stylish design. In the U.S., central air conditioning is the mainstream.
This system sends cold or warm air from a heating and cooling unit installed in one location of a building through ducts to the entire building and each room.
The temperature of the air conditioning unit is typically controlled by a remote control mounted on the wall.

The wall-mounted remote control "KAGAMI" in the exhibit, as the name suggests, represents the Japanese word for "Kagami" (mirror).

Take a close look at the photo.

These remote controls with touch-sensitive features are designed for controlling air conditioners. When not used, the surface material appears reflective, like a mirror. 👀

Overseas, the favored designs are ones that seamlessly integrate into daily lives. Fujitsu General's KAGAMI is thoughtfully designed to cater to the needs of such people. It has now been adopted not only in the U.S. but throughout the world. 🙌
