こんにちは。広尾のペインクリニック、えがおクリニックです。移転でバタバタしておりまして、投稿もできませんでした。
最近、話題の麻疹(はしか)についてです。まず、麻疹の成人での予防接種対象者は、2回の麻疹ワクチンを打っていない方です。2回打っていなくても、麻疹に罹患したことがある方は生涯免疫がつきますのでワクチンを打つ必要はありません。麻疹のワクチンが2回の定期接種になったのは2000年4月2日からです。また1992年10月1日から2000年4月1日までは1回のみ定期接種だったため追加でワクチンを打つことをおすすめします。
1992年10月1日以前の方は、麻疹の感染歴のない方は2回打つ必要があります。
麻疹はインフルエンザの10倍の感染力があり、抗体のない方はほぼ100％罹患すると言われています。空気感染をしますので、同じ空間にいるだけでも感染します。
ワクチンを打った記憶や記録がない方、不安な方はまず麻疹抗体価を測定することをおすすめします。

Today we would like to talk about measles which has been a hot topic in Japan.
First, adults who are eligible for measles vaccination are those who have not received two doses of the measles vaccine or who have previously had measles.
In Japan the measles vaccine became a routine two-dose vaccination regimen on April 2, 2000.
Also, between October 1, 1992 and April 1, 2000, the regular vaccination was only given once, so we recommend that you get an additional shot.
People born before October 1, 1992 and who have no history of measles infection need to get two shots.
Measles is 10 times more contagious than influenza, and those without antibodies are almost 100% susceptible to the disease. It is airborne, so it is easy to catch the disease just by being in the same space as the virus.
If you have no memory or record of having received the measles vaccine, or if you are concerned, we recommend that you have your measles antibody titer tested to see if you have antibodies.
