おかげで、おかげさまで

Before "おかげで", there usually comes a person or thing that is the cause or reason for the current result. While it often implies gratitude, it is also used to indicate objective facts.

彼のおかげで仕事が早く終わった。
かれのおかげでしごとがはやくおわった。
Thanks to him, the work was finished early.

最新の機械を導入したおかげで、生産力が大幅にあがった。
さいしんのきかいをどうにゅうしたおかげで、せいさんりょくがおおはばにあがった。
Thanks to the introduction of the latest machinery, productivity has increased significantly.

It can also be used to convey sarcasm with a critical implication.

彼が寝坊で遅刻したおかげで、仕事の開始が遅れてしまった。
かれがねぼうでちこくしたおかげで、しごとのかいしがおくれてしまった。
Thanks to him oversleeping and being late, the start of the work was delayed.

"おかげさまで" expresses gratitude towards others. Typically, it refers to the person being spoken to or the reader of the text. 
Often, before a sentence starting with "おかげさまで," there is a statement indicating the reason for gratitude.

ホテルのサービスは最高でした。おかげさまで素敵な旅行になりました。
ほてるのさーびすはさいこうでした。おかげさまですてきなりょこうになりました。
The hotel's service was outstanding. Thanks to that, we had a wonderful trip.

Even if one hasn't received direct support, it's used to convey the idea that "achievements were not solely due to one's efforts but also because of the presence of those around them."

おかげさまで、風邪はすっかりよくなりました。
おかげさまで、かぜはすっかりよくなりました。
Thanks to you (or everyone), my cold has completely gotten better.

おかげさまで、弊社は創業20年を迎えることができました。
おかげさまで、へいしゃはそうぎょう20ねんをむかえることができました。
Thanks to everyone's support, our company has been able to celebrate its 20th anniversary.

"おかげで" is often used within a sentence, while "おかげさまで" is frequently used at the beginning of a sentence.
