ドバイで開催中のCOP28で、「原発3倍(Triple Nuclear Energy Capacity)」宣言。

毎日新聞、時事通信は2023年12月02日に、ドイツの緑の党を中心にした原発廃止を嘲笑うように、米国は2023年12月02日に、日本など21カ国と世界全体の原子力発電の設備容量(発電能力)を3倍にすることを目指すと宣言した。

IAEA(International Atomic Energy Agency/国際原子力機関)のデータによると、2022年末時点で稼働中の原発は31カ国で411基。発電設備容量は約3.7億KW(キロワット)。バングラデシュなど途上国での計画が進み、10月公表の予測では50年までに約2.4倍の8.9億KWに増えると見込む。

日本政府はエネルギー政策の中長期の方向性を示す「エネルギー基本計画」(21年閣議決定)で、原発への依存度を「可能な限り低減する」と明記。だが、5月成立のGX(グリーントランスフォーメーション)脱炭素電源法で原発の60年超運転を可能にし、東京電力福島第1原発事故以降、「想定していない」としてきた次世代原発のリプレース(建て替え)も進める方針を示した。脱炭素社会の実現に向け、運転中にCO2を排出しない原発を活用していく姿勢に転換した。

風力、太陽光発電だけでは、世界のエネルギー消費を補えないと言う計算があり、ドイツの緑の党を中心にした原発廃止では、裏取引でロシア産の化石燃料を利用している。濁った緑の党の現実がある。

その濁りの部分は、インドが助けている。
インドは、近隣諸国をロシア産、ブラジル産、エクアドル産、ガテマラ産、コロンビア産の化石燃料で助けている。

それは同時に。中南米経済支援でもある。

地球は丸い。みんなで助け合わないと、存続できない。

その中心は、米国ではなく、インドになている。

これこそが、第インド共栄圏である。

もうすぐ、そのインド・システムをブラジルが、一部引き継ぎをする。
