その他いろいろ・・・・

複数社、数十年の社会人経験のある私が今、人生半ばで思うことは
そのフェーズごとに大切なことって変わるものなのだ、ということ。

子育て世代だと勤務時間や勤務地への距離などが気になります。
働き盛りと言われる35‐45歳世代だと年収だという人も。
いやいや、それよりなにより職場の人間関係が勤続の秘訣じゃないかという方も。

あなたにとって仕事における大切なことは何ですか？

それがわからないのだという人も実はいるんです。

いくつかのスクリーニングをすれば簡単にわかっちゃうものなんですよ、実は！

それを専門用語で「キャリアアンカー」って言うのです。
アンカーって船の⚓イカリ。あれです。錘です。どっしりと。ずっしりと。うごかないでしょう？
そう、それです！

あなたにとって仕事で一番大切にしていることは何ですか？

キャリアに迷ったらアンカーを思い出しましょう。
別のアンカーができているかもしれません、定期的にスクリーニングしてみませんか？
軸が変化しているのに無理やりそれに乗っかるほどつらい時間はないものです。

When you're worried about your career, you tend to describe yourself as being in a maze or in the dark.

When thinking about your career, what do you consider most important? ・Annual salary, work location, job content, working hours, interpersonal relationships, welfare benefits, etc. As someone who has worked for several companies and has several decades of experience, I am now in the middle of my life and think about the importance of each phase. That things change.

If you are of the child-rearing generation, you are concerned about things like working hours and distance to your workplace. Some people in the 35-45 age group, who are said to be in their prime working age, have an annual income. In fact, there are those who think that the secret to continued employment lies in the interpersonal relationships within the job title. What is important to you at work? In fact, there are some people who don't understand that. In fact, it's easy to figure out if you do a few screenings!

The technical term for this is "career anchor." An anchor is a ship's anchor. That's it. It's a weight. Heavy. Heavy. It doesn't move, right? Yes, that's it!

What is most important to you at work? When you are unsure about your career, remember your anchor. You might have another anchor, why not screen it regularly? There's nothing more painful than trying to force yourself to change even though your axis is changing.
