概要　Outline
パートナーから婚約指輪をもらった女性が友達にその指輪を見せたところ、ダイヤモンドのサイズの小ささを馬鹿にされる
周りの客はそのやり取りを目撃していて、その馬鹿にしている女性に対して嫌悪感を示している
また傷ついた女性に対しては、愛があればダイヤモンドの大きさは関係ないと慰める人がいた

A woman who received an engagement ring from her partner showed it to her friends, but friend ridiculed her for the small size of the diamond. The surrounding people witnessed the exchange and expressed their disgust with the ridiculing woman. There was also someone who comforted the injured woman by saying that it doesn't matter how big the diamond is as long as there is love.

感想　My thoughts
全体的に年齢層が高い人達がコメントしていたからか、貧しい時代を乗り越えたが故にお金ではなく愛こそが重要だという意見が大半を占めていた
実際に幸せそうにしている友人に対してその気持を破壊するような言い方は非難されても仕方がないように思う
しかし口に出さないまでも、内心それはあまりにもチープではないだろうかと思う人間は少なくないかもしれない

Seems the opinion is majority that love is more important thing than money due to many people who has experience of poor age.
It's reasonable that friend who destroyed her happy feeling was blamed.
But I think there aren't few people who think it's so cheep in their mind.
