絶対量ではなく、コスパやタイパなど、生産性や効率性で評価され、さらに賃金に反映される仕組みが浸透しない限り、生物学的に異なる男女の間で賃金格差は解消しないでしょう。
生物学的に異なることはどうしようもないですし、動物としての役割分担なので、そこがボトルネックになる評価基準は機能しないものと考えるべきかと思います。
