September 15, 2021：新しいアクション踏み出すための「問い」づくりゼミ（第3回） （The 3rd Workshop to Create My New Action or Business Plan）

 Yesterday, I joined the foregoing workshop. In the workshop, the facilitator gave detailed comments on the plan of each member.

1. My plan
　I proposed to establish a Japanese and English Writing Circle as follows:

　1) Target: those who want to learn English at a very affordable price in a 　　friendly environment;
　2) Activities
　　- Each member posts text in both Japanese and English on a designated 　      SNS (e.g. my Notes);
　　- Members make some comments about the text of other members, 　　   including suggesting other expressions or correct grammatical errors.
　3) Tool for the Circle: a closed SNS such as a group on Facebook

2. Facilitator’s Comments
　His comments are as follows:
　- Target for the plan is still ambiguous. I must analyze the market in detail 　　and identify a more specific target.
　- There is a doubt about market needs for writing in an era when 　      　  　  remarkable advance of AI technologies enables bilingual chatting by                using an auto-translation feature.
    - It seems that the plan is too vague to be economically viable. RIZAP                English succeeded since those who need to learn English want to
      learn from professionals.

3. Next Steps
I will further review the plan based on the foregoing comments.

　昨日、表題のワークショップに参加しました。今回は、ファシリテーターの方から、参加者のアクションプランについて、詳細なコメントをいただきました。

1.ボクのプラン
　ボクは、「日英ライティングサークル」というビジネスプランを提案しま
   した。概要は以下の通りです。　

　 1）対象者：手頃な価格で、気楽に英語を学びたい人。
　 2）活動内容
　　　(1)自分でテーマを決めて、日本語と英語で書いてSNSで発信する
　　　 （例：ボクのNote）。
　 　　(2) 参加者は、各自が投稿した文章についてコメントを発信する
　　　　（別に表現の提案や文法の誤りの指摘等）。
　3） 仕組み：Facebook等のSNSを活用して、投稿する（メンバーのみ閲覧
　　　できる仕組み）。

2. ファシリテーターの方のコメント
　コメントは、以下の通りでした。
　
　1） 対象者が曖昧。細かく分析して、対象者をもっと具体化する必要あ　
　　　り。
　2.）AIが発達して、チャットの自動翻訳で、瞬時にやりとりができる時代
　　  に、ライティングの需要があるのか疑問。
　3）中途半端なサービスでは、ビジネスとして成り立たないのでは。
　　  ライザップイングリッシュの成功をみると、英語を必要としている人
　　  はプロの人から学ぶ。

3. 今後について
　上記ファシリテーターの方のコメントを踏まえ、ブランを更に検討しま
　す。
