June 23, 2022: Internal Communication with Line Works, Future of Business Chat Tools, Microsoft Teams （ライン・ワークスで社内コミュニケーション、ビジネスチャットツールの未来、マイクロソフトTeams）

     I have begun to make internal communication with Line Works. It helps to remove my wasting time deleting spam emails. It makes me work comfortably. It enables me to write messages colloquially and save my writing time. It sends a large-sized file to its recipient in a blink and saves the time to receive it. Further, it prompts recipients to make quick responses and eases my nerves. I expect Line Works or others will soon be the main tools for external communication.
     Microsoft Teams is said to have 63% of the business chat tool market. But, it is because the tool is part of MS Office.

　社内のコミュニケーションは、Line Worksで行うようになりました。スパムメールなどもなく快適です。口語調で対話ができるので、文字数が少なくてすみ、入力時間が短くなりました。また、容量の重いファイルも瞬時に転送できます。受信にかかる時間が相当短くなりました。リアルタイムに近い感覚で対話できるのもありがたいです。ボクはせっかちなので、返事がこないとイライラします。Line Worksだと相手の反応がすごくいいです。これからは、社外コミュニケーションも、Line Worksのようなビジネスチャットが主流になりそうです。
　ビジネスチャット市場では、マイクロソフトのTeamsが63%近くのシェアーを握っているそうです。でも、MS OfficeにTeamsが入っているからだと思います。
