「組織開発の探求」を読んでみた

先日発売された組織開発の探求を読みました。
すぐに自分のfacebookにアップしたのですが、facebookでは後から見返すのが大変なのでこちらに記載しておきます。

I finished reading.
I have seen a post that a friend of Facebook has bought it. However, I have never seen a review that friend of Facebook finished reading. It was very easy to read because I participated in the event that triggered this book. But what I was talking about at the event was about half of what is written in the book, half was not spoken at that time. I felt that the history and philosophy of organization development, which was not particularly spoken, is particularly important. Moreover, the historical background where organization development faded and the problem at that time are deeply delineated and described. However, the real problem is cited from the literature at the time, and it is necessary to read the reference. I already had about half of the references, but I do not have about half, so I wanted to get all the references. However, there are many books out of print, there are books which can not be bought because it is too expensive even if it is sold as an old book.
What I learned for the first time after reading this book is that process consultation was advocated half a century ago. This is the basis of organization development (diagnostic organization development). I wanted to learn about the philosophy of John Dewey and Edmund Gustav Albrecht Husserl, psychodrama and collective psychotherapy of Gestalt that will be the source of organization development again.

Also, I realized that the my organization development action I have been addressing so far in this book was right. Especially changing the conversation from the QC circle at the manufacturer was thought to clearly distinguish from organization development, but I was convinced that I was an organization development. I will continue my organization development with CAE as a means within the manufacturing industry with my own beliefs.
I hope that this book will be read by many people, and organization development that seems to be misunderstood by many people (in particular the difference between diagnostic organization development and dialogic organization development ) is expected to be understood correctly doing.
