こんにちは、BowGriP楽ゆ～びです。今回は、歴史と文化の宝庫、奈良県斑鳩町にやってきました。この町は、世界遺産にも登録されている法隆寺をはじめとする古代建築の宝庫で、訪れる人々に深い感動を与えてくれます。

Hello, this is BowGriP Rakuyuubi. This time, I've come to Ikaruga Town, Nara Prefecture, a treasure trove of history and culture. This town is a treasure trove of ancient architecture, including Horyu-ji Temple, which is also registered as a World Heritage Site, and it deeply impresses visitors.

Horyu-ji Temple is known as the oldest wooden building in the world and is said to have been built by Prince Shotoku. Beautiful buildings such as the five-story pagoda and the main hall quietly mark the passage of time. In addition, the murals and Buddhist statues at Horyu-ji Temple are a collection of the best of Japanese Buddhist art, and they fascinate those who see them.

Ikaruga Town is dotted with many historical buildings, including not only Horyu-ji Temple, but also Chuguji Temple and Hokki-ji Temple, each with its own unique charm. Chuguji Temple is home to the national treasure, the Maitreya Bodhisattva half-seated pensive statue, and its graceful appearance is a must-see.
