英語エッセイ：移住と聞いて今想うこと

When I hear the term “emigration,” I always remember my late dad telling me about his dream of living in New Zealand after his retirement. I thought that was a cool dream. Sadly, he fell ill just when he was about to start his second life.

After many years, I’m now in my forties and often think about the rest of my life. Since I’ve been studying English and my passion doesn’t seem to fade, the idea of living overseas often crosses my mind. Would it be possible? Maybe. Do I really want to? I don’t know. But I’m sure when the time comes, I will choose that path on a whim.
