如月さん。

明けまして…と言ってた頃から1ヶ月経過してたんですね！
あぁ〜びっくりした❗️

またも、ぼんやり過ごしてしまいました。
習慣を変えるのって難しいです。

ゆっくり過ごすのと、ダラダラ過ごすのは違うのに…。
反省です。

早いもので、如月になりましたね。

ところで、如月きさらぎって、耳に心地よい響きですね。
こんな風に感じるのは私だけかしら？

この〝如月〟が気になったので調べてみました。
すると…如月さんって名前の有名人の方がとっても多いことに驚愕❗️

そしてようやく、如月という単語には「着る物を更に着る」と言う意味があること、そのくらい寒い時期だということが解ったのです。

どんだけ寒いの？

確かに一年で最も寒い時期と言われています。

なので今月は〝寒さに負けず〟を目標に過ごしたいところです。
既に風邪ひいて〝さむい寒い〟が口癖になってますけど…。
