キーンベック病　Kienbock disease

最近、分類とそれに応じた治療法がLichtmanなどから再提案されており、教科書のグリーン手外科でも細かく記されている。
ただ、画像の捉え方やその分類がまだ曖昧な点もあり、外科医がしたい手術をする傾向があり問題である。

Recently, classifications and corresponding treatment methods proposed by researchers like Lichtman have been reintroduced. These are extensively documented in surgical textbooks, particularly in Green’s Hand Surgery. However, there are still ambiguities in how images are interpreted and classified. This ambiguity contributes to a tendency among surgeons to perform surgeries they prefer, posing a significant challenge.
