Experiences : uh... Discovering official municipal buildings. A warm impression, if I compare with other equivalent places in the world.
Experiences : discovering official municipal reception desks. Paper is surprisingly predominant, staff is cool and welcoming.
Experiences : A reminder. I noticed I completely forgot those events for days! So far away, and no regret at all..
