15日目　Day15

今日は祝日でした！一日中お部屋でのんびりしたり、リビングで子供達と過ごしたり、ゆったりと過ごしました。特にこれといったイベントもなかったので、またガーナでの食事について触れようと思います。上の写真はナマズを油で1匹丸ごと焼いている途中です。ホームステイ先のお父さんが900匹のナマズを飼っています。(新しくビジネスを始めるために)今日は1匹いただきました。多分人生で初めてナマズを食べました。基本魚はなんでも大好きなので、ナマズも1匹綺麗に完食しました。帰国するまでにガーナの伝統的な料理をチャレンジしたいな。

Today was a public holiday! I spent the whole day relaxing in our room, spending time with the children in the living room and relaxing. There were no special events, so I will mention the food in Ghana again. The photo above shows a whole catfish being cooked in oil. My homestay father has 900 catfish. (To start a new business) I got one today. Probably for the first time in my life, I ate catfish. I love all kinds of basic fish, so I finished one catfish nicely. I want to try some traditional Ghanaian food before I go back home.
