Agree or disagree:The use of cell phones on public transportation should be banned

I agree with that the use of cell phones on public transportation should be banned in terms of 
health and safety. 

I have two reasons to support my opinion. 
One reason is that public transportation is used by a wide variety people. 
Not all of them are healthy. 
For example, some of them might be pregnant women, some might be wearing heart pacemakers. 
For them, having a cell phone in close proximity is not only annoying but also unhealthy. 
Also, while people are using the phones, they often do not pay attention to other things. 
For instance, they may fall due to the transportation 's abrupt stopping, or their wallets or other items could be stolen. 
There is no need to take such risks using the phones on the train. 
For these reasons, I believe that the use of cell phones on public transportation should be banned.
