Agree or disagree:Japanese companies should hire more foreign workers 
POINTS:Aging population 
              Cost 
              Cultural differences 
              Globalization 

I do not agree with that Japanese companies should hire more foreign workers in terms of costs and cultural differences. 

I have two reasons to support my opinion. 
First, hiring foreigners used to be low payment about twenty years ago. 
However, recently, foreigners demand their employers to raise their salaries because they have excellent abilities of their jobs. 
Therfore, it is impossible to continue hiring foreigners as ever. 
Second, in Japan, when they are in community, they must obey community's rules. 
Nevertheless, in case of foreigners, when they are in community, community should obey them. 
As a result, Japanese society would be in turmoil. 
For these reasons, I do not think that Japanese companies should hire more foreign workers.
