手始めにやってみるニュースまとめ（英ver.)

以前のこちらのツイートでやってみようと投稿したものを試しに実行してみようと朝からニュースを漁りました。

絶対ニッチだし、noteでは（おそらく）需要ないんだけど公開アカウントでマガジン化がしやすいのがnoteなんだよね🤔
ブログを立ち上げるほどではないし、複数アカウントを管理・更新する能力もないのでやってしまおう。

以下英語になります。気が向いたら概要を日本語で書いていこうと思います。

The news I pick today was from CNN's video cast reporting the Two tech giants', Apple and Amazon, contrasting earnings.

Here is the highlight of the news.

Apple Income down for 3 consecutive quarters
This is due to declining demands; not catching up with the macro economics and hangover from pandemic. People updated their devices during the pandemic and have not updated yet.
However their services did good. Apple will hook you up to their services once you have any of the Apple devices and that pushed its sales.

In terms of emerging market, China did better than expected. India will be the next market to reach. How would Apple capitalise Indian market?
Answer: it is important that they get their devices out in the market first even with older models at a cheaper price. India is a price sensitive market and people may not buy the latest models.

Apple's VR is on its way but would it be the future of Apple with a price point of 3,500 USD? 
- not really. VR is a great product but never been a mainstream. Having a device wrapped around their head doesn't really encompass consumer needs.  

Amazon income 11% up at 6.78B USD
Amazon saved tie and money but also made growth on Amazon Web Service, being the tech giant's cash cow.
Shows to proof there are momentum in the tech industry. 

Retail went way back up in the US and internationally which sets a nice tone that tech is back and bringing back confidence in the industry.

Personal opinion
From someone living in Japan with the declining economics, I do not feel the need of up updating my Apple devices. Maybe not until the devices' support of OS is terminated or any other factor that would bring the necessity to change. 
With semiconductors supplies being low with high demands, the prices of any digital devices would go up is my sentiment and unless the Japan's economy jumps back to pre-covid level, many would either look for a second hand device where you can find online via mercari (Japanese online platform of second hand items) or other means of purchasing a used product.

It is true that Amazon use for my daily life have also went up, spending more with its service being able to leave on door steps and prime service is the most popular and useful for those out working day in and day out.
