Slow down, you move fast

The chapter that I just translated for the book "Time Warrior" was about "The Art of Slowing Down".  The author, Steve Chandler, clearly states that we won't benefit by exceeding the speed of life itself, and that if we try to surpass that of the universe---we won't be seeing, hearing, touching the beauty of it. The beauty, that brings abundance to our life. Very true, Mr. Chandler.

The year 2020, for me, has been dedicated to address what I've thought of and never get done---Yes, I am a legendary procrastinate, queen of 'leaving things behind.' And what has this made me feel? ---I have felt awful about myself, always, for not meeting deadlines. Not meeting the promises with my own self. Not meeting others' criteria, as a result. I was clueless, though. I didn't know what to be done to get over this side of me, who is also a born lazy cat who moves so slow.

And here I am. Having started so many project including the Japanese translation of "Time Warrior", teaching, writing, You-tubing, sending kinds here and there making sure to feed them at night and weekends. Beautifully busy-bee-ing. What do I want from this chaos? What do I not want to see by keeping myself busy like this? I suppose it's time to stop, take a breath, loosen up and feel.

The question is: how best I can nurture myself and be there.

I want a nurturing home.

Kindly take a peak if you are a Japanese speaker;)
