The International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for （～の逮捕状を発行する）Vladimir Putin and his children's commissioner accusing them of war crimes over the unlawful deportation of children from Ukraine to Russia.  It's the first time the court has ordered the arrest of a prominent serving political leader.

A US partner CBS is reporting that the FBI and the Department of Justice investigating the Chinese-owned video sharing app Tik Tok over allegations accompanied spied on journalists.  Several governments including the US, the UK, the EU, Canada and New Zealand banned Tik Tok on government-issued mobile devices.
