中井伊都子氏代表のハラスメント委員会は加害者のハラスメントはない、しかし犠牲者に落度があると強要した。at the harassment committee meeting ,the committee stated that this is not  harassment but also pushed the victim to the corner by making the victim statements as if he has a problem

this kind of harassment committee is not good enough文科省は甲南大学のハラスメント委員会では駄目だと考える。
from outside of the university学外者が入らないハラスメント委員会は駄目でthe committee public公の委員会であるべき。

 I think the time has come for the Minstry to seek some kind of legal reform私は、石川議員、文科省は上記 #甲南大学 　など大学で抜け落ちていた法律欠陥をなおす必要があると考える。新立法が必要。
