Quarantine Diary 4/6/20

とてもいい天気。朝から嬉しいニュースがありました。わたしのzineに男の子が色をつけてくれました！素敵な作品になったよ〜。このzineを見てHAPPY!!って書きたくなったんだって。嬉しいな〜

トヨタのカムリ、「かんむり・冠」という意味なんだそう。夕方にうちに来た白っぽいグレーの滑らかな車を見て、あ、これは使者だって思った。オリジナルのカムリが生まれたのが１９８３年でわたしと同い年。この車を売ってくれた人の電話番号に夫の生まれた年の数字が入っていて、それでなんだかすっかり安心してしまった。夫もこういうジンクスは信じるほう。

裏庭のカーディナルは毎日歌声の練習。でもまだひとりみたい。

朝食、少し仕事をして、洗濯、また仕事、家事、少し仕事、陽に当たる、運動。合間にいろんな人に連絡をとる。みんな無事でいてね。お願いします。

いろんな人のラジオを聞きに行くのが楽しい。人の声って安心するなぁ。

昨日は夕陽も浴びた。オレンジ色がやさしいね。二人とも無印着てますな。

Look at this! A Japanese boy colored my zine. When he saw it, he wanted to write the word "HAPPY!!" Ah, this made me so happy. Even though he didn't fold and cut properly, I don't care, it makes me so happy!

Toyota Camry came to our place last night. The light gray color looks very nice. Camry means "crown" and was originally made in 1983 which is my birth year, and the person who sold this car to us has phone number which includes my husband's birth year. We believe in those jinx.

Cardinal in backyard is still single. His singing are getting better, though.

Breakfast, work, doing laundry, work, doing dishes, work, having sun, and exercise. And between them, checking on the people. 

I like listening to the people talking or reading. Now there are many small radio program which I love so much.

Sitting on the stoop watching the sun going down is our new daily role. Both of us wearing MUJI cloths.
