よるごはんmeeting Season5が始まりました！

Season4を終えて

Season4では、料理を通して自国の文化を伝えるというthemeのもと、Day1~Day5にそれぞれの文化から生まれた料理を練習し、その料理にまつわるストーリーをどう伝えるか準備してきました。
The theme of season 4 was "Would you like to share your culture through cooking?".
The Givers practiced cooking food that related to their culture and telling the story about it.

最終日のDay6では、多くの市民お方々にご参加いただき、
・揚げ春巻き
・クレポン
・マーラーバン
・レンティルスープ
・カノム東京
・Grilled Cheese Sandwich
の合計6品をGiversが調理し、振舞いました。
イベントも大盛り上がりで、熱気に包まれていました！
On the final day of Day6, many citizens participated, and Givers prepared and served a total of 6 dishes, including
spring rolls,
Kelepon,
Malaban,
Lentil soup,
Kanom Tokyo,
Grilled Cheese Sandwich.
The event was a great success and filled with excitement and enthusiasm!

Season5のテーマ

Season5のテーマは「あなたの国の遊びや世界のgameを地域の人に紹介するeventをつくろう！」です。
The theme of this season is “Let's create an event to introduce games from your country and around the world to the local community!”

新しい場所で開催中！

より多くの居場所を必要としている方々に出会いたいとの思いで、Season5からは、「よるごはんmeeting」の開催場所が新しくなりました。
福岡市博多区千代にある「CAFE LOUNGE四季のいろ」さんで開催しています。　
普段はカフェとして営業されているスペースをお借りしているので、とってもおしゃれな空間です！
In a new location now!
Starting from Season 5, we have a new venue for our "Yorugohan meeting" to meet more people who need a place to connect.
We are now holding it at "CAFE LOUNGE Shiki no Iro" in Chiyoda, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City.
It is a stylish place!

新規参加者も多数！

場所を変えたことで、どのくらいのGiversが来てくれるのか不安でしたが、これまで参加してくれたGiversが友達を連れてきてくれ、大人気だったSeason4と同様、20名を超える申し込みをいただきました。

新たなGiversにも出会うことができ、新しいカラーで、これからどんな会になっていくのかとても楽しみです！

Many new Givers are joining!
Changing the location made us uncertain about how many Givers we would meet, but thanks to our regular Givers bringing their friends along, just like the popular Season 4, we have received over 20 applications!

We'll be able to meet new Givers and we're excited to see how the event evolves with a fresh perspective!

Day1

Day1では、「障害のない社会をつくる」という想いを掲げてある株式会社LITALICOパートナーズさんより、就職や仕事に不安のある方々をサポートされているLITALICOワークスの方々に来ていただきました。

実際に、LITALICOワークスさんが利用者とのワークで使用されている「ENGAGEMENT CARD」を使ったワークショップを行っていただきました。

On Day 1
We had the pleasure of hosting representatives from LITALICO Works, a subsidiary of LITALICO Inc. who share the mission of "Creating an inclusive society" and provide support to individuals with concerns about employment and work.

During Day 1, LITALICO Works conducted a workshop using the "ENGAGEMENT CARD," a tool they use in their work with users.

ENGAGEMENT CARDを使ったワークでは、5〜6名のグループで行われました。
手持ち7枚のカードからスタートし、中央に置かれたカードの山を順にひいていき、より自分の価値と合えばキープ、合わないものは捨てていきます。

最後に手元に残ったカード7枚をグループのメンバーに見せながら、なぜその7枚のカードを残したのか、そのカードの自分なりの解釈などを話しながら、自己開示をしていくというゲームです。

このワークは、自分と対話しながら自分の価値観や自分らしさを発見することに役立てることができるそうです。

During the workshop using the ENGAGEMENT CARD, participants were divided into groups of 5-6 members.
They started with seven cards in hand and pic cards one by one from the stack placed in the center.
They kept the cards that resonated with their values and discarded those that didn't match their values.

In the end, while showing the remaining seven cards to their group members, they engaged in self-disclosure by explaining why they chose those specific cards and sharing their interpretations.

This game is designed to help individuals discover their values and authenticity through self-dialogue.

これまでの、Seasonを通して一緒に活動を行ってきたGivers同士でも、相手の知らなかった一面や、大切にしていることを改めて知ることができました。

あるGiverは、「このワークを通して、似たような言葉の中から、より自分に合う価値観を選択し、捨てていくという工程を経たことで、自分でも気が付かなかった自分が大切にしていることに気づくことができてよかった。」という感想を発表してくれました。

Throughout the previous Seasons, even Givers who have been working together in various activities were able to discover new aspects of each other and what they hold dear through this workshop.

One Giver shared their feedback, saying, "Through this exercise, I was able to select and discard values from among similar words, and this process helped me realize things about myself that I hadn't noticed before. It was a valuable experience."

It's heartening to see that the ENGAGEMENT CARD activity allowed participants to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and each other, fostering a stronger sense of connection within the group.

このSeasonで、新しく参加してくれたり、久しぶりに参加してくれたGiversもいます。
Seasonの初めにこのワークができたことで、Givers同士の仲が深まるいい時間になったと感じました。

This Season, we had the pleasure of welcoming new participants as well as those who returned after a break.
The fact that this workshop was conducted at the beginning of the Season has contributed to strengthening the bond among Givers.

Day2

Day2では、それぞれの国や地域でよく遊ばれるカードゲームや、子どもの頃遊んだ遊びをGiversが紹介し、実際にその遊びをやってみました。

それぞれの国や地域で、細かいルールが違っていても似ている遊びがあったり、同じ遊びのルールで呼び方が違うものがあったりと、共通点や相違点を紹介し合い楽しみました。

Day 2
Givers introduced card games and childhood games commonly played in their respective countries or regions.

Givers had the opportunity to play these games and experience them firsthand.

It was fascinating to discover that, even with variations in rules from place to place, there were similarities and differences in the games.
Givers shared both the common elements and unique aspects of these games, which added to the enjoyment of the event.

Day6「Giveの日」に向けて

Day6は、地域の方々をお招きし、Giversの出身国の遊びや世界のgameを地域の方々に紹介するeventを行う予定です。

残り3回のmeetingで、eventのチラシづくりや、eventの内容を決めていきます。

Day 6 - "Giver's Day" Preparation:
On Day 6, we have an exciting plan to invite local community members and introduce games from the Givers' home countries and from around the world.

Over the next three meetings, Givers will be working on creating event flyers and finalizing the details of the event.
We look forward to your excitement and anticipation for what this event will bring.
