2006年〜2020年、生後3カ月未満の乳児の侵襲性細菌感染症についての多施設研究。年齢中央値は28日、Early onsetは17.7％を占めた。S. agalactiae（40.4％）、E. coli（38.5％）、S. aureus（17.8％）の順に多く、この3菌種で96.7％。Early onsetでは、S. agalactiae（45.6%）、S. aureus（31.4%）、E. coli（17.2%）、L. monocytogenes（2.9%）で、Late onsetでは大腸菌（43.1％）、S. agalactiae（39.3％）、S. aureus（14.9％）、S. pneumoniae（1.3％） が多かった。傾向分析では、S. aureusとS. agalactiaeの割合が有意に増加。
