540. Association between SARS-CoV-2 vaccination and healthcare contacts for menstrual disturbance and bleeding in women before and after menopause: nationwide, register based cohort study

自己申告と追跡アプリに基づく研究で、COVID-19ワクチン接種が月経障害と関連する報告が出ているので、スウェーデンの全国データベースで検証。
2020年12月から2022年2月の間に300万人の女性でSARS-CoV-2ワクチン接種と月経異常による医療機関受診との関連性を確認したところ、閉経前女性（12～49歳）の0～7日目、8～90日目のいずれにおいても、ワクチン接種群は未接種群よりも月経障害による受診率がわずかに高かった。閉経後の女性（年齢範囲：45～74歳）でも、閉経後出血の受診率は、0～7日目、8～90日目のいずれにおいてもワクチン接種群がワクチン未接種群より高かった。ハザード比は約1.1で、関連自体は弱かった。

どう捉えるか微妙な結果。これだけ大きなデータベースだと陽性に出ちゃうからなあ。
