COVID-19の迅速抗原検査の自己検査精度について。RT-PCRと比較した鼻腔検体の感度は、試験期間全体で77%～86%だった。しかし、オミクロン優勢になると70%～81%に低下した。口腔咽頭と鼻腔の検査を組み合わせた2つのアッセイでは、鼻腔検体のみよりも最大10%高い感度を示した。過去の検査で陽性だった人が迅速抗原検査を受けると感度が上昇し、COVID-19罹患者は感度がわずかに低下した。
