Especially, Twitter CEO Elon Musk announced the remote work ban, doubting its effectiveness. Even though the bright side of remote work has been recognized, it remains questionable whether we should keep remote work ot not.

Cons of remote work

• Isolation: Without the social interactions that come with working in an office, remote workers can feel lonely and disconnected from their colleagues and the company culture.

• Difficulty in separating work and personal life: Remote work can blur the boundaries between work and personal life, which can lead to burnout and a lack of work-life balance.

• Lack of face-to-face communication: Remote work can make it more difficult to communicate and collaborate with colleagues, which can lead to misunderstandings and delays in completing tasks.
