Reducing Youtube & TVgame times

Today, I talked to docter of despression by Phone.
This times theme was reducing Youtube and TVgame times.

I have been allways painful for eyes and head,
So,reducing that time is good to eyes and head condition.

I love Youtube and TVgames,
so I sad a little.I would do little by little ;)
