　　我是杨彩英，目前居住在日本。 2023年2月，我的母亲许冬青（70岁，心脏病患者）和妹妹杨丽（44岁，患有复杂性肾病）去国家信访局举报了江苏省常州市金坛区人民政府非法征地和金坛警方非法办案。随后，我家人遭到江苏当局的打击报复。她们被绑架殴打、被拦截不让就医、被报复性拘留。
 
　　我们一直在抵抗江苏当局的打击报复和人权侵害行为。
 
　　自2023年4月以来，我一直身穿状衣在中国驻名古屋领事馆前抗议，还在车站和有中方官方参与的活动场所派发写有我家人遭遇的传单，以此揭露江苏当局的暴行。
 
　　2023年12月国际人权日之际，我开始持续向各国议会、人权组织等发出求助信，希望大家关注此案，并敦促中国政府制止江苏当局的人权迫害。希望我家人能够尽快获得自由就医的权利。
　
　　I am Yang Caiying, currently residing in Japan. In February 2023, my mother, Xu Dongqing(70 years old, heart disease patient), and my sister, Yang Li(44 years old, diagnosed with a complex kidney disease), reported to the National Public Complaints and Proposals Administration, exposing the illegal land acquisition by the People's Government of Jintan District, Changzhou City, and the unlawful handling of cases by the Jintan police.Subsequently, they faced retaliation from the Jiangsu authorities, including kidnapping, physical attacks, retaliatory detention, and denial of medical care.
 
　　We have been actively resisting the retaliatory actions and human rights violations by the Jiangsu authorities.
 
　　Since April 2023, I have been consistently wearing clothing with protest messages in front of the Chinese Consulate in Nagoya. I have also distributed flyers at stations and events where Chinese officials are involved, exposing the atrocities committed by the Jiangsu authorities.
 
　　On the occasion of International Human Rights Day in December 2023, I started sending continuous appeals to various national parliaments, human rights organizations, etc., hoping to garner attention and urging the Chinese authorities to cease human rights persecution in Jiangsu. I hope my mother and sister can regain their right to medical care as soon as possible.

　　中国出身で愛知県在住の楊彩英と申します。 2023年2月、母の許冬青（70歳、心臓病患者）と妹の楊麗（44歳、腎臓病患者）は地元金壇政府の違法な土地収用と警察の権力乱用について北京にある国家信訪局に陳情し、その後、二人は幾度となく江蘇省当局から拉致暴行、監禁尾行、通院妨害などの報復を受けている。
 
　　私たちは江蘇省当局によるこの人権侵害に必死に抵抗してきた。
 
　　2023年4月以来、私は抗議文言を入った衣装を着用し、中国駐名古屋総領事館や中国官僚が参加するイベント会場で抗議活動やビラ配布をしてきた。
 
　　2023年12月の国際人権デーに際し、私は各国議会や人権団体にメールを送り始め、中国政府に対して江蘇省当局による人権迫害を阻止するよう求め、母と妹が1日も早く治療を受けられるように訴えている。
