愛って?


心の中の言葉を声に出して愛に変えてみよう。情熱を行動に変えて前に進んでみよう。

目、耳、心、足をさまざまな方向に向けましょう。
自分自身に集中してみよう。
身体に集中しよう。

マインドフルに生きて自分のすべてを愛しましょう。

心と身体で感じていることを、
正直に、純粋に、そして勇敢に行動して表現してみよう。

朝目覚めることに感謝しよう。
自分の中のイメージに色を添えて形にしてみよう。

顔を洗う水に感謝しよう。
毎日を最大限楽しもう。

今を愛そう。
仕事を愛そう。

I believe the poem is the basis of a Japanese attitude and lifestyle.

If I spend my days like that, I can live happily and live a loving and sincere life.

This poem is about my everyday life, with words centered around love.

I knew that Japanese society is actually dominated by men who distort my concept of love
and
I was very disappointed by that.

But then, in the countryside where I was at a loss, I came across Ed Sheeran and Anne-Marie's collaborative song 2002,

Their song and singing was full of love and gradually lifted my spirits.

and I was able to return to the love I had lost several years ago.

This poem remained in my hands for a long time
but this summer
with the hope that it would reach my beloved children

I edited it and sent it to Ed Sheeran, whom I respect worldwide.


物、人、動物、植物を大切に扱おう。マインドフルに掃除をし、心と空間を整理整頓しよう。

笑顔で料理をしよう!

四季や出会うものに感謝しながら、歩き、走り、感じてみよう。

太陽の光で見えるものやその温もりに感謝しよう。強い風が吹いても、この心と体を鍛えてくれるすべてのものに感謝しよう。

食べ物を与えてくれた大地と家族に感謝しよう。
過去と未来、与えられたすべてのもの、すべての命、すべての食べ物、
すべての人々に感謝をしよう。

ご先祖様や与えられたあなたの個性に感謝しよう。今生きていることに感謝しよう。

人とのつながりに感謝して敬意を示してみよう。愛する家族がいることに感謝しよう。

すべての人々とすべての関係に感謝して強く優しく生きている今に感謝しましよう。

足の裏から頭のてっぺんまで、全身を使ってここまで歩けたことに感謝しよう。

この言葉、あなたの心、あなたの体を受け入れ、応えてくれる人たちがいることに感謝しよう。

とても幸せな現在と、とても幸せなことが待っている未来に感謝をしよう。
大地、海、山を愛そう。
