Yesterday I worked the evening shift. It was not so busy, but I enjoyed it and learned a lot. Also, I did spinal anesthesia for the first time. It didn't go well, but today I did my second spinal anesthesia, and it went well. I think I practiced enough, so I need more experience.

Today, after work, I practiced peripheral nerve block. I bought some jello at the convenience store and used it for practice. It was a very good idea for me.

Three good things happened today:
1. I did well with the spinal anesthesia
2. I practiced peripheral nerve block using the jello
3. I was able to practice how to use the echo

Today's sentence
Using the jello for the practice of peripheral nerve block was a very good idea for me.
