mission and core values in school

息子の学校のmission statement作りに参加してきました。

world cafe形式で、下記の４つについて親同士で議論。最終的にそれぞれ３つ程度に絞り込みましたが、ワイン片手（ワインとチーズが学校からサーブされた！）に平日夜に活発な議論。
